Roman Catholic Diocese of
Calgary
Youth Ministry Certificate Program
The Diocese of Calgary, in conjunction with St. Mary's College, will be offering courses towards a Youth Ministry Certificate. Also, the Office of Youth Ministry will offer specific required modules, beginning in the Winter of 2001.
This is an exciting initiative for our Diocese, as more and more parishes are looking for those with training and expertise in working with and for our Catholic youth. The program is for credit, and course costs will be the same as any othe program offered through St. Mary's College. We are hopeful that those considering a paid position in Youth Ministry and volunteers alike will take advantage of this opportunity for education and faith enrichment.
The Certificate, upon completion, will be issued by the Diocese of Calgary.
